About Reformed
Our studio is a place where we believe in the power of movement to transform not only our bodies but also our minds and spirits. We welcome everyone, regardless of their background or level of experience, to come and join us in this journey of self-discovery and growth.
Through our classes, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where you can push yourself to new limits, explore different forms of movement, and connect with others who share your passion for self-improvement.

Meet Founder & Instructor
A firefighter wife and mom of two boys, she created this studio after finding her own way back to movement following a back injury. Her goal is simple: to help others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, no matter where they’re starting from.
My relationship with movement was shaped through recovery. After experiencing back injuries and two cesarean births, I learned firsthand that strength looks different in every season and that movement must meet the body where it is, not where we think it should be.
Reformed Pilates Studio was created from that understanding. This studio is rooted in the belief that movement is for everyone, not just one body type, background, or level of experience. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, returning after time away, or simply looking for a space that feels supportive and welcoming, you belong here.
