Rooted in mat Pilates with elements of functional training, Align targets the entire body through controlled, purposeful movement. Using weights, resistance bands, sliders, and blocks, muscles are worked to full fatigue without impact.

Flow is a Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to increase flexibility, deepen mind-body connection, and support overall mobility and balance. This breath-led practice moves through continuous, fluid sequences that build strength, improve range of motion, and invite intentional movement rooted in mindfulness and gratitude.
Expect thoughtful pacing, smooth transitions, and space to reconnect physically and mentally. No yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are with an open mind and a willingness to move.

Flow
Heated Strength is a total-body, HIIT-style workout inspired by weight and resistance training, designed to define and strengthen all major muscle groups in a heated environment. This high-energy class utilizes heavier weights and increased resistance to build power, endurance, and real functional strength.
Expect fast-paced, interval-based sequences that keep your heart rate elevated while challenging muscular stamina. Movements are athletic, intentional, and dynamic, pushing you to work hard while maintaining strong form.
The added heat increases intensity, elevates sweat, and deepens the challenge, creating an empowering, efficient strength experience.
Studio temperature is 95°+
All levels are welcome. Options are always provided to adjust weights, resistance, or intensity.
Heated Strength (HITT)
Heated Sculpt is a 50 minute, low-impact, full-body workout designed to tone, strengthen, and build muscular endurance in a heated environment. Rooted in classical and contemporary mat Pilates, this class blends intentional sequencing with sculpt-style movement to create long, lean muscle definition from head to toe.
Expect continuous, music-driven movement incorporating light weights and bodyweight work to elevate your heart rate, increase stamina, and deliver a steady, effective burn.
The added heat enhances intensity, promotes sweat, and deepens the challenge while movements remain controlled, purposeful, and joint-friendly.
Studio temperature ranges from 95°+

Heated Sculpt
